To remove your credit card information, please follow these steps:
If your subscription is currently active, you won't be able to delete your credit card information. Please note that even if you cancel your account, it remains active until the end of the billing cycle.
As an alternative solution, you can add a new credit card to your account.
Once the new card is added, you can then delete the old credit card information from your account settings.
Steps on how to delete your card after your subscription is completely canceled.
1. Log in to your Streamline web app and click 'My Account>Plans and Subscription> Manage Plan.
2. Then, click 'X' to delete your credit card information.
