Extended Allowance License

Written by Devie

If your project exceeds the standard asset usage limits included in your Streamline license, you'll need an Extended Allowance License. This requirement applies to both Streamline subscription plans and Buy Once Lifetime licenses.

They do not replace your existing license—they simply extend your asset allowance while all other license terms remain unchanged.

When do I need an Extended Allowance License?

You need an Extended Allowance License if your project includes more than the following number of assets:

Asset Type

License Terms

1. Scope

An Extended Allowance License increases the number of assets you can use for a specific asset type. For example, purchasing an 800-icon Extended Icon Allowance License allows you to use up to 800 unique icons.

2. Eligible Assets

The license applies only to Streamline assets that you have legally licensed

through an active subscription, or a lifetime license. Only assets from licensed

sets count toward your purchased allowance.

3. Project Usage

Your purchased allowance may be used across unlimited projects or products.

The allowance is cumulative. For example, if you purchase an 800-icon allowance,

your total usage across all projects may not exceed 800 unique icons.

4. License Duration

Extended Allowance Licenses are lifetime licenses and do not expire.

5. Payment

Because each license is customized to your required asset allowance, it is issued

through a custom invoice.

6. Asset Allocation

  • Each unique asset counts toward your purchased allowance.

  • Unused allowance remains available for future use.

  • If your total usage exceeds your purchased allowance, you'll need to purchase an additional Extended Allowance License.

7. Restrictions

Extended Allowance Licenses do not allow:

  • Redistribution of asset files

  • Resale of assets

  • Sublicensing

  • Standalone distribution of Streamline assets

Frequently Asked Questions

2. Is pricing publicly available?

No. Extended Allowance License pricing depends on the number of assets used in

your project. Please contact our support team for a custom quote.

3. Does the Extended Allowance License include unlimited assets?
