When you subscribe to our Premium subscriptions, you own a royalty-free license that allows you to use our vector assets in an unlimited number of projects without crediting us. Depending on your subscription plan, you can get access to our premium features and vector features for our icons, illustrations, elements, emojis, or all types of assets if you subscribe to our Full Access plan.
The premium license applies to three types of products:
Full Access plan
Icons plan
Illustrations plan
This is a legal agreement between you, the Customer, and the Licensor Streamline Design Inc. Streamline Design Inc. is the company that has created Streamline icons, illustrations, elements, and emojis for personal and commercial use. In exchange for the purchase, Streamline Design Inc. hereby grants to the Customer a license under the copyrights to use Streamline assets as described below. Purchasing the Streamline assets constitutes your acceptance of the terms of this agreement.
1- You can use the Streamline assets you subscribed to for:
✅ An unlimited number of commercial or personal projects.
✅ An unlimited number of users for the applications, websites, and software you will build using the Streamline icons , as long as you use up to 50 illustrations, 50 elements, 50 emojis, or 100 icons per project.
✅ Any type of project: website design, application design… even logos! For example, you can include 100 icons in a pitch deck, and 100 different icons in a marketing website.
✅ For yourself or on behalf of a client. You can use the Streamline assets for an unlimited number of clients, as long as you use up to 50 illustrations, 50 elements, 50 emojis, or 100 icons per project.
✅ For your design needs. By default, only 1 licensed user in your company/organization can access our Streamline Application or use all the vector sources.
You can increase the number of licensed users through your Streamline application, on the Account > Subscription page. You get a discount for every team member you invite.
These licensed users can prepare a selection of icons (up to 100) or illustrations, elements, and emojis (up to 50), forwarded to other employees. Other employees using this icon selection, like developers or designers, are not considered licensed users, so there are no limitations on their number.
2- License limitations
⚠️ You cannot use more than 100 icons, 50 illustrations, 50 elements, or 50 emojis per project, website, or application.
⚠️ By default, only 1 licensed user in your company/organization can access all the vector sources that you downloaded after the purchase and use them. You can increase the number of licensed users through her Streamline application, on the Account > Subscription page.
⚠️ You cannot include our assets in a commercial template that you resell without purchasing an extended license. More infos about usage in templates.
⚠️ Weekly Download Limit: A download limit of 1,000 assets per week is alllowed.
⚠️ Fair Use Policy applies when downloading assets. This means that our platform detects bots, rapid multiple downloads, and unfair use of subscriptions. This is to avoid abuse of people subscribing to just download all the content.
3- Customers are allowed to:
Use the Streamline assets they included in their projects in perpetuity. There is no time limitation and no renewal fees needed.
Note : The lifetime license applies only to the icons you've embedded or used in your projects, not to the ones you've downloaded. To continue using them, maintaining your subscription would be necessary.Use the vector assets in any location. There are no geographical limitations.
Modify assets in shape, size, color, and/or file/format.
Embed up to 100 icons, 50 illustrations, 50 elements, or 50 emojis per project (for example in a website, a Powerpoint presentation template, a graphic template).
Include assets in templates or work intended to be reproduced by a third party (for example in a web design template, or Powerpoint template, as long as you don't include more than 100 icons or 50 illustrations.
Templates, but ONLY for usage inside a company or organisation that bought the set or subscribed to our plans. You cannot include our assets in a commercial template that you resell without purchasing an extended license. More infos about usage in templates.
Embed icons as vector files, and in any file type (for example SVG, PNG, Figma, or Sketch files)
Use in open source projects, as long as you use a maximum of 100 Streamline Icons, 50 illustrations, 50 elements, or 50 emojis and make clear in your license that these assets are still the property of Streamline Design Inc. and can be used only in the context of the open-source project. Remember that attribution is mandatory when incorporating our icons into open-source projects, including proper credits and a link to https://streamlinehq.com.
Incorporate assets into a logo or other trademark.
Legacy animate the assets as long as:
- you don't resell it, or give it to someone else (no sub-licensing)
- you use less than 50 illustrations, 50 elements, or 50 emojis per project (as usual)
Place icons or illustrations on physical items for resale or on any similar mass-produced item, as long as the icon is not the main value of this product. The asset has to be part of a unique and creative design and not the only graphic element that gives visual value to the product.
Transfer the license to a new owner. For example, you can transfer the license from a design agency to a customer after the artwork is created and hand over all icons or illustration sources and license to the customer, or transfer the license from a company to another company that bought/acquire it. If you transfer the license to another company or organization, you cannot use the Streamline assets anymore, unless you buy a new license.
Note: Customers can get their exceptional designs showcased! We regularly feature outstanding customer work using our icons/illustrations across our platforms (unless you opt-out). This is a great opportunity for recognition and exposure.
4- Customers are not allowed to:
Sell or redistribute our assets.
You cannot include our assets in a commercial template that you resell without purchasing an extended license. More infos about usage in templates.
Modify their original design/artwork so as to render them unrecognizable from their original state with the goal to resell them.
Train/use AI ( Artificial Intelligence) tools on any of our assets/contents.
6- General Contract terms
Subscription: The Subscriber agrees to subscribe to the digital product described in detail on the product page for the duration of the subscription period.
Payment: Payment is due in full at the time of subscription. The subscription will not be activated until payment is received and cleared. All payments are to be done in U.S. dollar currency and can be done only via the Streamline website checkout system, using a debit or credit card.
Delivery: As soon as a successful payment is established, the subscription is immediately activated.
License: The license can be transferred by the subscriber to any third party..
Intellectual Property: Streamline products are owned by Streamline Design Inc. and are protected by copyright laws.
Refunds: Please refer to our Refund and Cancellation Policy
Warranty Disclaimer: The digital product is provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability: The seller shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the digital product. If the Subscriber takes a legal action against Streamline Design Inc. concerning Streamline assets, the Subscriber's damages will be limited to the fees paid to the Company under this agreement.
Confidentiality: Both parties agree to keep any confidential information shared during the course of this Agreement confidential and not to disclose it to any third parties.
Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Wyoming/USA. Any disputes arising out of this agreement will be resolved in the courts of Wyoming/USA.
Modifications: These terms and conditions may be modified by Streamline Design Inc. at any time without prior notice. Any modifications will be posted on the product page and will take effect immediately.
Enforcement: If the licensor suspects that the Subscriber has violated the agreement, the company may terminate the agreement or restrict access to the Streamline assets and application. The Customer will receive a notification via the email address provided during the purchase. The Licensor retains the right to enforce the agreement through other means, including legal action.
⭐️ Extended Vector License
The purchase of this license will eliminate the restriction of using only up to 100 icons, 50 illustrations, 50 elements, and 50 emojis per project/website/application. Once you've made the purchase, you'll be permitted to surpass the predetermined usage limits in your projects, up to the maximum number stated in the license you've obtained. Please note that this extended license cannot be utilized for templates that you intend to resell. To obtain this license, please contact Streamline Design Inc..
